Make a Call
To call your helper Activate the Make a Call function on your HD Camera PRO. Your helper’s number will be dialed and as soon as they answer you will be able to speak. Through your earpiece the Voice-Guide will notify you with Call Connected, then as the call is active it will prompt you to select a function.
The number that is dialed is set through the Configuration Wizard.
Available functions while on an Active Call
- Camera function
- Signal Button function
- End Call function
End Call function
The End Call function enables you to end your currently active call with your helper at any time. When activated your call with your helper will be terminated and you will be returned to the function selection menu.
This function is only available during an active call with your helper.
Answer incoming Call
When there is an incoming call the Voice-Guide will alert you through your earpiece that you have an incoming call. You will be able to Answer the Call or Decline it.
To Answer the Call hold the R-Button until you hear Call connected in your earpiece then release it. Your call with your helper will be active and you will be able to select a function. See Available functions while on an Active Call above.
To Decline the Call hold the L-Button until the hang-up tone is signaled through your earpiece then release it.
